We were engaged to help enhance the Bensons for Beds digital experience with an ultimate goal of driving e-commerce sales and encouraging more footfall to stores.
We carried out a strategic review, that focused on understanding the needs of customers and identifying key digital propositions that would engage them.
We have now transformed the experience from a sales-focused and cluttered digital experience into a clean, intuitive and customer-centred experience. Conversion rate has gone up 50% YoY and up to 70% YoY depending on the promotion.
